TML has negotiated reduced rates for 2026 exhibitors and sponsors at convention center hotels. Space is limited to a maximum number of hotel reservations per participating company.

Exhibitors and sponsors needing hotel rooms beyond their allotment should book directly with their preferred hotel at the hotel’s regular rate – outside of the TML housing block. TML is not affiliated with reservations made directly through hotels or third-party companies.

Rooms within the TML housing block can only be booked through the TML housing portal (NOT directly through hotels or third party companies).

TML exhibitors and sponsors can book up to four (4) rooms in TML’s exhibitor housing block.

The TML exhibitor or sponsor primary contact will be sent the direct housing reservation link and instructions via email according to the dates listed below (see “When do I reserve?).

If you need additional rooms over the allotment of four, please reserve in the “Waitlist” hotel.

• June 16: Housing process begins for Platinum, Greenhouse, Gold PLUS and Gold Sponsors (unique instructions will be sent directly to each sponsor).
• July 14: Housing opens for exhibitors and sponsors with investments of $7,900 or more
• July 21: Housing opens for exhibitors and sponsors with an investment of $2,300 – $7,900
• July 28: Housing opens for exhibitors and sponsors with an investment less than $2,300
• September 29: Housing cancellation deadline

Reservations in the TML Waitlist Hotel inform our housing team that additional rooms and nights are needed. Waitlist requests should be treated as formal hotel reservations, and cancelled immediately if the reservation is no longer needed. Cancellation fees will apply to TML Waitlist Hotel reservations if rooms are not cancelled by September 29, 2026.

TML Platinum, Greenhouse, Gold PLUS and Gold sponsors receive the added benefit of an allotment of reservations in the TML sponsor housing block, specified in each sponsor agreement.

All other sponsors and exhibitors ARE LIMITED TO A MAXIMUM OF 4 HOTEL RESERVATIONS TOTAL.

Reservation requests received over the allotment will be moved to the TML Waitlist Hotel.

Bringing a big group? Exhibitors or sponsors needing more rooms than their allotment are encouraged to work with convention center hotels directly and reserve early at the hotel’s regular rate.

You can book multiple rooms within your allotment under one name, and confirm the individual guest name by September 15.

Cancel any rooms that you do not need by the cancellation deadline (September 29).

When making multiple hotel reservations use the email address of the person making the reservation, not the guest. This ensures that the appropriate person (coordinator) will have access to the hotel arrangements. For privacy and security reasons, hotel confirmations will ONLY be shared with the email address that is on the reservation. After checking the confirmation for accuracy, you may forward the reservation to the individual guest. 

Set spam filters to accept emails from the TML Housing Bureau, info@cvent.com, to receive email confirmations.

Arriving late? Call your confirmed hotel one week prior to arrival to let them know your arrival time or your reservation may be cancelled.

* BEWARE of third parties representing themselves as housing associates for TML. Rooms for exhibitors or sponsors can be reserved in the TML housing block ONLY through the TML Housing Portal. TML is not able to assist with, edit, move, cancel, or make any other changes to reservations that are made through third parties.*
