Situated prominently in the exhibit hall, this engaging space is built to inspire curiosity and creative thinking. Sponsors lead impactful presentations of 30 minutes or less, designed to deliver meaningful insights attendees can put into action right away.

Greenhouse Details and Guidelines

Greenhouse sessions must align with the following guidelines:

  • Deliver content in a concise 15 to 20 minute format, with time built in for audience Q&A.
  • Begin and conclude on schedule.
  • Remain educational in nature, free of sales pitches.
  • Spotlight innovative successes from Texas cities
  • Offer insight into relevant state and federal programs.
  • Offer practical examples and actionable takeaways for city officials.

Is the TML Greenhouse Right for You?

We’re seeking content-rich sessions of 30 minutes or less that focus on issues and programs impacting Texas cities. Presentations should be educational and informative in nature, not promotional.

TML Conference attendees value speakers who reflect the diversity of Texas and especially appreciate learning directly from their peers in Texas cities.

Greenhouse presentations should deliver original, meaningful content designed to help city officials learn, grow, and lead effectively. If your primary objective is a product demonstration, we’re happy to help you explore other sponsorship opportunities that may be a better fit.

Speaking Sessions

    • Session titles and descriptions included in the final conference program online and in the conference mobile app.

Exhibit Space

    • One 10’ x 20’ end-cap exhibit booth space in premium location exclusive to sponsors
    • Basic booth décor and furnishings including:
      • 10’ x 20’ standard carpeting
      • 6’ skirted table
      • two side chairs
      • one wastebasket 
  • Exhibit space upgrade options:
    • 20 x 20 peninsula = +$900 (Booth decor and furnishings not included) 
    • 20 x 20 island = +$1,350 (Booth decor and furnishings not included) 
    • Additional island space = +$11.50 per square foot

Recognition

  • Logo recognition in the September pre-conference issue of Texas Town & City (high resolution logo is due July 16)
  • Logo recognition in the December post-conference issue of Texas Town & City
  • Display of company logo on sponsor recognition wall at the 2026 Annual Conference
  • Recognition and website link in the 2026 Annual Conference mobile app
  • Greenhouse sponsor designation floor decal placed in front of exhibit booth
  • Booth location emphasized on the exhibit hall floor plan and directories throughout the exhibit hall
  • Sponsor ribbons for representatives’ name badges

Conference Access

  • Up to four full registrations to the 2026 Annual Conference, including admittance to:
    • Conference educational sessions
    • Exhibit hall
    • Thursday luncheon and keynote speaker
    • Friday closing brunch
  • Up to ten additional exhibit hall-only passes for staff and guests (booth space includes 6 passes + 10 additional = 16 exhibit hall passes total)

Hotel Accommodations

  • Designated room block for up to six hotel reservations for the 2026 Annual Conference (Maximum of 6 rooms. Hotel fees not included. Hotel preference not guaranteed)

  • Pre-conference attendee mailing list of 2026 Annual Conference registrants
  • Post-conference attendee mailing list of 2026 Annual Conference registrants

  • One half-page advertisement in the August issue of Texas Town & City (final artwork due June 25)
