Exhibitor FAQs

The 2025 TML Annual Conference and Exhibition will take place October 29-31 at the Fort Worth Convention Center at 1201 Houston Street in Fort Worth, Texas.

Exhibit spaces and sponsorships for the 2025 TML Annual Conference and Exhibition are completely sold out and no longer available.

Please make plans to join us for the 2026 TML Annual Conference and Exhibition, November 11 – 13 in San Antonio.

TML Associate Members receive early access to booth reservations and many other benefits throughout the year.

The TML Exhibitor and Sponsor Directory is used to identify and locate exhibitors and sponsors onsite at the Annual Conference and is also made accessible year-round on the TML website as a valuable resource for connecting city officials with the services and products they need.

Approximately 3,500 appointed and elected city officials and municipal professionals will be in attendance. Additionally, there will be more than 350 exhibiting companies and approximately 1,800 exhibitor personnel, sponsors, and staff in attendance.

The number of details involved in setting up a booth space can be unpredictable:

  • traffic to the convention center,
  • finding parking,
  • bringing in or tracking down booth freight,
  • checking in at exhibitor registration,
  • printing booth badges,
  • finding your booth,
  • making sure your furnishings/ carpeting/ electricity, etc. are all set up to your specifications,
  • troubleshooting any issues with the booth,
  • unpacking collateral and setting up your display.

Many of these steps can present additional obstacles that are outside of the exhibitor’s control. Exhibitors are required to set up on Tuesday, so they can fully focus on networking with attendees at the Exhibit Hall Grand Opening on Wednesday.

Exhibitors can sign up their booth personnel through their TML Exhibitor Dashboard.

After October 24, exhibitors needing help accessing their dashboard or signing up for badges can visit Exhibitor Registration onsite for assistance.

2025 information and pricing for decor, furniture rental, electrical services, freight shipping, catering, cleaning, Wi-Fi, and more is provided to exhibitors by the official service contractor, The Expo Group.

Exhibit spaces DO NOT include these items.

Carpeting or approved surfacing IS REQUIRED for all exhibit spaces with the exception of display vehicles/large equipment (weighing more than 2,000 lbs.).

With the exception of wrapped, bite-size candy or peppermints, ANY food or beverage items distributed from your booth space MUST be ordered through the convention center caterer. Catering information is among the many details provided in The Expo Group’s ExpoPortal.

The distribution, sale, serving, display, or giving away of alcohol anywhere in the exhibit hall or convention center premises is strictly prohibited.

TML does not currently offer exhibit space or sponsorship opportunities outside of the TML Annual Conference and Exhibition.

Associate members of the League are encouraged to register for various TML training events to learn and network alongside Texas city officials. View the TML training calendar for upcoming events.

Program information, session descriptions, and registration details can be found at www.tmlconference.org.

This requires additional registration credentials. Exhibitors wanting to attend educational sessions, keynote presentations, or ticketed meal functions need to register and pay separately for the conference.

The booth space includes an allotment of exhibit hall passes only; it does not include registration to attend conference sessions or functions that take place outside of the exhibit hall.

Some sponsorships  include a select number of conference registrations in addition to exhibit hall passes.

After October 24, exhibitors and sponsors of the 2025 TML Annual Conference and Exhibition can visit Exhibitor Registration, located on Level 1 of the Fort Worth Convention Center near the 12th Street Lobby entrance. Our representatives will be happy to assist.
