Conference Access

  • Up to four full registrations to the 2026 Annual Conference, including admittance to:
    • Conference educational sessions

    • Friday closing brunch
  • Up to six additional exhibit hall-only passes for staff and guests (booth space includes 6 passes + 6 additional = 12 exhibit hall passes total)

Hotel Accommodations

  • Designated room block for up to six hotel reservations for the 2026 Annual Conference (Maximum of 6 rooms. Hotel fees not included. Hotel preference not guaranteed)

A signature TML tradition, the Easy Aisles Express draws attention wherever it goes. Departing from the exhibit hall Town Square, the electric mini-train offers a playful, can’t-miss journey that keeps attendees – and your brand – moving throughout the show floor.

Includes train rental and detail coordination, one train depot structure, custom train decals with sponsor name/logo/booth number, two customized train posters, option to place company literature on the train, and/or host attendees on board.

Mobile Charging Cabana

Interactive Coloring Tables

Coloring is known to ease stress, encourage mindfulness, and boost mood. Host this hands-on art experience and bring Texas city officials together around the table to unwind, collaborate, and craft a shared masterpiece.

Includes three custom coloring tables totaling six canvases (two sides/surfaces per table) with seating, signage, coloring supplies, design and messaging assistance, and complete detail coordination.

Keynote Speaker “Wingman” Challenge Coins

Inspired by our 2026 keynote speaker, Waldo Waldman, this sponsorship brings the powerful fighter pilot tradition of the “challenge coin” to our annual conference.
