The 2026 TML Annual Conference and Exhibition will take place November 11-13 at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center in San Antonio, Texas.

Approximately 3,500 appointed and elected city officials and municipal professionals will be in attendance. Additionally, there will be more than 350 exhibiting companies and approximately 1,800 exhibitor personnel, sponsors, and staff in attendance.

The TML Annual Conference and Exhibition welcomes Texas city officials including mayors, councilmembers, city managers, department directors, and thousands of other decision-makers for municipalities across the State.

The 350+ conference exhibitors and sponsors represent the products, services, expertise, and innovations that cities rely on to manage day-to-day operations, keep their communities safe and prosperous, and strategize for the future.

Coming soon! Reservation dates for sponsors, business members, and non-member exhibitors will be posted to this website by mid-March.

TML business members will be notified of these updates as a benefit of membership.

TML does not currently offer exhibit space or sponsorship opportunities outside of the TML Annual Conference and Exhibition.

The TML Exhibitor and Sponsor Directory is used to identify and locate exhibitors and sponsors onsite at the Annual Conference and is also made accessible year-round on the TML website as a valuable resource for connecting city officials with the services and products they need.

The preliminary agenda for the TML Annual Conference and Exhibition will be available at www.tmlconference.org in early July.

April 10 is the deadline for proposals for the 2026 TML Annual Conference and Exhibition.  Please note that TML accepts few proposals for the Annual Conference due to the large number of legal, legislative, and TML-affiliate sessions that must be included in the program.

2026 information and pricing for decor, furniture rental, electrical services, freight shipping, catering, cleaning, Wi-Fi, and more is provided to exhibitors by the official service contractor, The Expo Group.

Exhibit spaces DO NOT include these items.

Carpeting or approved surfacing IS REQUIRED for all exhibit spaces with the exception of display vehicles/large equipment (weighing more than 2,000 lbs.).

A full catalog of options will be provided to exhibitors in August.

Do NOT trust third parties claiming to represent TML and offering to help you book a hotel room. 

TML conference hotel rooms can be reserved ONLY through the TML conference housing portal.

The portal is made available to exhibitors and sponsors beginning in July. TML housing cannot be accessed until that time.

The TML housing portal is intended to assist with booking a limited number of hotel rooms.

Exhibitors/sponsors needing accommodations exceeding 6-8 rooms should work with convention center hotels directly, outside of the TML blocks at the hotel’s standard rate.

This requires additional registration credentials. Exhibitors wanting to attend sessions, keynote presentations, or ticketed meal functions will need to register for the conference.

The booth space includes an allotment of exhibit hall passes only; it does not include registration to attend functions that take place outside of the exhibit hall.

Sponsorships include a select number of conference registrations in addition to exhibit hall passes.

THIS IS PERMITTED ONLY THROUGH THE CONVENTION CENTER CATERER.

With the exception of wrapped, bite-size candy or peppermints, ANY food or beverage items distributed from your booth space MUST be ordered through the convention center caterer. A full menu of their offerings and ordering information will be provided to each exhibitor beginning in August.
