Exhibitor Checklist & Deadlines

April 2, 10:00 a.m.: Associate Members can select booth; submit contract and payment.

April 16, 10:00 a.m.: General booth sales open, Non-Members can select booth; submit contract and payment.

June 6: Booth assignments will be announced via email.

July 10:  50% cancellation refund deadline. No refund on cancellations after this date.

July 16: Exhibitor housing registration opens.

July 23: Reserve booth carpeting and furnishings from The Expo Group

July 19:  Deadline to reserve conference sponsorship (optional).

July 25:  Deadline to reserve September advertising space in Texas Town & City (optional).

August 5: Registration for booth personnel opens.

August 16: Discount deadline for Non-Member booth selection.

September 9:  Discount deadline for orders through the show decorator, The Expo Group.

September 24:  Deadline to submit booth personnel names for booth badges (changes or additions after this deadline can be made onsite).
