March 31, 10:00 a.m.: Associate Members can select booth; submit contract and payment.
April 21, 10:00 a.m.: General booth sales open, Non-Members can select booth; submit contract and payment.
June 5: Booth assignments will be announced via email.
July 10: 50% cancellation refund deadline. No refund on cancellations after this date.
July (TBA): Exhibitor housing registration opens.
July (TBA): Reserve booth carpeting and furnishings from The Expo Group
July (TBA): Deadline to reserve conference sponsorship (optional).
TBA: Deadline to reserve September advertising space in Texas Town & City (optional).
August 3: Registration for booth personnel opens.
August 7: Discount deadline for Non-Member booth selection.
TBA: Discount deadline for orders through the show decorator, The Expo Group.
September 30: Deadline to submit booth personnel names for booth badges (changes or additions after this deadline can be made onsite).
