PARTICIPATION AND CANCELLATION OPTIONS FOR
TML 2020 EXHIBITORS
TML is extending our 2020 cancellation policy and participation options to allow exhibitors an opportunity to adjust their plans during the Coronavirus crisis.
OPTION 1: THINK OUTSIDE THE BOOTH!
Each TML 2020 exhibitor receives an online storefront in the TML Municipal Marketplace based on your current 2020 participation investment. You may opt-out of in-person participation and retain your Marketplace Storefront at the following discounted rates:
Boutique Storefront: $850 (a $1250 value)
Studio Storefront: $2200 (a $3500 value)
Main Street Storefront: $4500 (a $5500 value)
TML will apply your exhibit space investment to your desired storefront, and issue the balance as a refund if requested by August 15, or transfer any remaining funds to advertising or sponsor opportunities. You can also upgrade to a different storefront and TML will invoice the difference accordingly. This option cancels your in-person participation and provides a travel-free conference experience through our Municipal Marketplace.
OPTION 2: BREAK IT TO US GENTLY
Cancel completely by August 15 to receive a 100% refund. This cancels all participation and benefits, including the Municipal Marketplace Storefront.
This also forfeits the exhibitor discount for online storefronts if you later decide to join us virtually.
OPTION 3: HANG IN THERE A BIT LONGER!
The decision as to whether or not the Conference will be completely virtual will be made by League leadership and announced via email and website on August 10.
In any case, cancellation or partial refund requests (per Option 1 and Option 2) are due by August 15.
- NOW – it’s never too early to let us know your plans. If you’re ready to make changes to your
participation please let us know as soon as possible.
- August 10: TML will confirm plans to move virtual only (or continue to plan both virtual and in-person conferences). Updates will be announced via email and website.
- August 15: Deadline for cancelation refund requests (per option 1 and 2). No refunds will be
provided for cancellations after August 15.
Please review the Municipal Marketplace and available storefronts and consider your plan of action in
the event that the conference goes virtual only.
There are no penalties for waiting for more information, but if you’d like to take action at this time the
above opportunities are available to you and we encourage you to share your plans with us.
