PARTICIPATION AND CANCELLATION OPTIONS FOR
TML 2020 EXHIBITORS
The 2020 TML Annual Conference and Exhibition will now be held as a virtual event, offering the same great content, as well as unique opportunities to showcase the exceptional products and services our exhibitors and sponsors provide.
TML is extending our 2020 cancellation policy and participation options to allow exhibitors an opportunity to adjust their plans during the Coronavirus crisis.
OPTION 1: THINK OUTSIDE THE BOOTH!
An online Storefront in the TML Municipal Marketplace is your opportunity to curate content specifically for the Texas city official. Storefronts include a complete company profile with service description, website, social medial links, virtual business cards, product images, service spotlights, lead collection, and more.
- The Marketplace, and your Storefront, will be accessible to 15,000+ Texas city officials and promoted by TML to our entire membership for three months.
- Your Storefront includes a real-time traffic report showing how many views, clicks, and leads your information received. Access this report at any time.
- Attendees can reach out to your dedicated staff directly through your Storefront, or they can choose to share their contact information directly with you.
- Once created, the Storefront requires no maintenance or staffing on your part.
Each TML 2020 exhibitor automatically receives an online storefront in the TML Municipal Marketplace based on your current 2020 participation investment. You may retain your Marketplace Storefront at the following discounted rates:
Boutique Storefront: $850 (a $1250 value)
Studio Storefront: $2200 (a $3500 value)
Main Street Storefront: $4500 (a $5500 value)
TML will apply your exhibit space investment to your desired 2020 storefront, and issue the balance as a refund if requested by August 15, or transfer any remaining funds to advertising or sponsor opportunities.
Exhibitors can also upgrade to a different storefront and TML will invoice the difference accordingly.
OPTION 2: BREAK IT TO US GENTLY
We would hate to see you go!
However, 2020 exhibitors can cancel completely by August 15 to receive a 100% refund. This cancels all participation and benefits, including your Municipal Marketplace Storefront.
This also forfeits the exhibitor discount for Marketplace storefronts if you later decide to join us virtually.
IMPORTANT DEADLINE! Cancellation or partial refund requests are due by August 15.
No refunds will be given after August 15, but exhibitors will have the option to transfer funds to a variety of other opportunities.
