Conference Access

Hundreds of city officials will check into their conference hotel in downtown Fort Worth. Greet them with your company’s name and logo prominently displayed on each hotel room key card that guests will carry around for the duration of their stay, promoting your company with every tap and swipe! Our package includes two double-sided key cards for up to 800 TML guests checking in at select conference hotels on Tuesday, October 28th. Additionally, you’ll receive branded welcome signage at hotel check-in and complete detail coordination and design assistance for a smooth and seamless experience.

Conference Bags RESERVED

Get a handle on logo recognition and drive traffic to your exhibit space by providing attendees with a 2025 TML conference bag. One side will feature the official 2025 Annual Conference logo, and the other side will prominently feature your logo. Distribute the bags from your booth and/or from a display table at attendee registration. Includes sponsor logo featured on 2,800 bags, branded display table at attendee registration, design assistance, and complete detail coordination.
