Conference Access

"Easy Aisles Express" Train Depot

The Easy Aisles Express is a recent TML tradition that returns each year by popular demand. Departing from the exhibit hall “town square,” the electric mini-train is a playfully efficient way for attendees to take in the sights. Includes train rental and detail coordination, one train station structure, custom train decals with sponsor name/logo/booth number, miscellaneous signage and train posters, option to place company literature on the train or at the station, and/or host attendees on board.

Mobile Charging Lounge

This posh, plush lounge is one of the most popular hangouts in the exhibit hall and invites city officials to retreat, relax, and recharge. Thoughtfully designed and decorated to entice attendees and complement your brand. Includes one custom branded 20’ x 40’ charging lounge prominently located in the exhibit hall with seating for up to 10, charging capabilities for up to 10 devices, and complete detail coordination.

Everything is bigger in Texas, including your impact on attendees when they visit the Giant Map of Texas in the exhibit hall. As the TML conference welcomes city officials from all across the state, each attendee is encouraged to visit the map and place a pin to represent their community while connecting with your brand. Includes one custom branded map of Texas, display, supplies, custom signage, mobile app alert, and detail coordination.

Interactive Coloring Tables RESERVED

Location: Exhibit Hall (option to place within or near your exhibit space)

Gather at the table with Texas city officials and create your masterpiece together!
