HOW TO ACCESS THE EXHIBIT HALL
Exhibitors and Sponsors enjoy access to various parts of the conference depending on the type of registration they are receiving or purchasing. You must have one of the badges listed below to access the exhibit hall.
Exhibitor badge sign up begins August 21.
- Exhibitor badges (also called exhibit hall passes) allow access to the exhibit hall ONLY and are intended for exhibit space personnel to access the hall to set up, staff, and dismantle the booth space.
- Every exhibit space includes an allotment of exhibitor badges. Exhibitors can sign up for badges and purchase additional badges through the Exhibitor Dashboard beginning August 21.
- Every individual entering the exhibit hall must have an exhibitor badge or a full conference registration badge.
- Exhibitor badges are printed and picked up onsite at Exhibitor Registration.

Full conference registration provides access to the conference agenda. This includes:
- Opening General Session
- Educational breakout sessions
- Exhibit hall
The following ticketed events can be added to a conference registration for an additional fee.
- Thursday Luncheon and Keynote Speaker
- Friday Closing Brunch and Speaker
Full conference registration badges are mailed to individuals in advance, or can be picked up onsite at Attendee Registration.
Exhibitors with a full conference registration will pick up an "Exhibitor" ribbon for their badge at Exhibitor Registration to enter the hall during exhibitor-only times.
All sponsorship levels include a designated number of full conference registrations. Check the "Conference Access" section of your sponsorship benefits for more details.
Full Conference Registrations CANNOT be transferred to city officials. They are intended for sponsor representatives only.
