post-Conference Mailing List Now Available!
Post-Conference Mailing List ONE-TIME-USE-ONLY Policy:
- The post-conference attendee mailing list will be provided to Sponsor/Supporter no later than three (3) business days after the conference.
- Sponsor/Supporter is not permitted to use the post-conference mailing list after December 31, 2022.
- Sponsor/Supporter agrees to limit use of the post-conference mailing list to
- ONE TIME ONLY for contact by physical mail in conjunction with the Conference, and
- ONE TIME ONLY for contact by email in conjunction with the Conference.
Pre-Conference Mailing List ONE-TIME-USE-ONLY Policy:
- Sponsor/Supporter is NOT PERMITTED to use the pre-conference mailing list after the last day of conference
- Sponsor/Supporter agrees to limit use of the pre-conference mailing list to
- ONE TIME ONLY for contact by physical mail in conjunction with the Conference, and
- ONE TIME ONLY for contact by email in conjunction with the Conference.
