Staffing Your Exhibit Space

Per TML’s Exhibitor and Sponsor Policy, exhibitors agree to provide at least one representative for the exhibit space to be present throughout ALL show hours as listed in the exhibitor schedule.

Exhibitor Badge Registration is Open!

Log in to your exhibitor dashboard using your exhibitor ID and password to register your booth staff and purchase additional exhibitor badges.

  • Exhibit space staff and personnel can be added through the exhibitor dashboard beginning August 30 through September 30.
  • Exhibit spaces less than 20’ x 20’ include six (6) exhibitor badges.
  • Exhibit spaces 20’ x 20’ and larger include eight (8) exhibitor badges.


Cost of additional exhibitor badges. These can be added to your order on your exhibitor dashboard starting August 23.


Cost of exhibitor badges added onsite at Exhibitor Registration beginning October 5.

Exhibitor staff will pick up their unique badge onsite at Exhibitor Registration
beginning Tuesday, October 5, at 8:00 a.m.
